The Asset Maintenance Periods provide job security and longevity during a time of a government election, as these projects are privately funded by the water bodies. These bodies face significant pressure to enhance their infrastructure by replacing outdated systems and constructing new facilities to support the expanding water network, ultimately reducing environmental impact.
