Project Manager - Highways

We’re recruiting a Project Manager to support a contractor with a new £4m project to construct a roundabout on the Dorset/Devon Boarder.

This is a 40-week programme of work and is being built to support future development and improve the existing highways network.

Works will involve earthworks with a large infill of materials, drainage, services, kerbs and full depth road construction works.

Offering a start in March/early April or sooner for the right candidate this can offer work for the rest of 2026 and be paid on a limited company basis, PAYE or CIS basis.

Project Manager Duties:
• Early contractor engagement with the client and designer
• Ability to produce compliant programme for works
• Organise and coordinate Traffic management
• Liaise and manage some specialist sub contractors and direct labour
• Ensuring contractual compliance with technical specifications
• Overall responsibility for quality, safety and successful delivery
