Senior Estimator

The company is currently looking for an experienced Senior Estimator within their civils division, taking estimates from inception through to completion. There will be a constant variation in the scope of works from roads and runways to ports and pumping stations – typically ranging between £1m and £5m.

It is essential you have experienced in a mixed civils environment and familiarity with NEC contracts.

Senior Estimator Duties:
• Preparing estimates for projects ranging from £500k to £20m
• Managing risk and opportunity schedules effectively
• Ensuring pricing aligns with client requirements and exploring alternative materials, methods, and designs
• Producing high-quality tender documentation that meets industry standards for health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance
