We’re working with a main contractor to recruit a Site Engineer for a large project currently on site Near Winchester. The project involves the construction of a large RC structure and associated pipework to improve the water networks capacity with new developments under construction in the area.
The project will require an engineer with a civils background who understands steel and reinforcement drawings.
Duties include:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day engineering operations
• Carry out site surveys and set out works for subcontractors
• Resolve technical issues in collaboration with project managers and contractors
• Prepare site reports, quality control documentation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Inspect work to ensure it meets client specifications
