Site Manager - Havant Thicket Reservoir

We’re recruiting a Site Agent for Havant Thicket Reservoir - the first large-scale reservoir built in the UK since the 1980s, delivering long-term water resilience while protecting rare chalk streams. The scheme is due for completion in 2029 and offers secure, local, long-term work.

The Site Agent will oversee key construction packages including control rooms, outlets and control systems, basins, wetlands, visitor infrastructure and ecological enhancements. Working within a collaborative joint venture, you’ll be part of a team culture that values ownership, progression and purpose.

Site Agent duties:
• Producing risk assessments and method statements
• Supporting programme planning and delivery
• Managing change under NEC contracts
• Overall responsibility for health, safety, quality and design
• Driving programme performance to meet key milestones
